Based on the constitution of Iranian Cultural School in Melbourne, the school is managed and run by an elected Council in which the members are elected by parents, teachers and previous council members during the school AGM which is held every year in November. The council comprises 12 members and up to 12 substitute members. The school principal and vice principal are elected by the council members and the teachers’ representatives. The cultural council and school’s management particularly the principal are in charge of making the key decisions to run the school and improve its educational outcomes.
